Pamper Yourself Party (P.Y.P)

Pamper Yourself Party, (hereafter P.Y.P) is a stress free spa party which includes shopping, fun activities, relaxing spa services and networking.

Our mission is to create a networking muscle for men and women that will allow them to grow spiritually, mentally and financially.

Natalie Harrison is the founder of P.Y.P and the Lead Hostess at the party.  There are several products and services offered which includes:  facials, waxing, massage therapy, hand & feet treatments, make-up applications and Chyna Doll Handbags & Accessories.

There are other product and service entrepreneurs that will participate with our parties as a vendor.  However, it depends on the needs, wants and goals of our client who will be hosting a party along with the needs and goals of P.Y.P.

Attached is a list of Benefits and Services provided by P.Y.P along with a Q & A/question and answer sheet, which tries to address the most common questions asked.

BENEFITS FOR VENDORS TO BE INVOLVED IN A

PAMPER YOURSELF PARTY

Responsibility of Vendors:

  • To participate in the Pamper Yourself Party as a vendor the fee is $50.  This payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.  Due to the promotion, advertisement and invitations that will be distributed prior to all parties.
  • Promoting the event which includes distributing invitations and flyers to your current and/or new clients.  P.Y.P will provide flyers and invitations.
  • Bring table, props and merchandise for the P.Y.P event.
  • Setting up and breaking down prior to and after the P.Y.P event and cleaning your area (a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the party.  A vendor’s set up must be complete and ready to go at the party’s start time.)

Benefits in Participating as a Vendor:

  • Low cost for advertisement of your business.
  • Customer growth and retention
  • Low overhead cost as a vendor/business owner
  • It will generate new business, clients/customers and networking opportunities for all vendors involved.
  • Opportunities to join the P.Y.P Team on a permanent basis as we grow.

BENEFITS/SERVICES FOR HOSTING A

PAMPER YOURSELF PARTY

P.Y. P will provide the following:

  • Light refreshments (food/drinks)
  • Decorations
  • Party favors
  • Tables, Chairs, Props for the party
  • Flyer/Advertisement/Invitations
  • Raffle tickets and Prizes for the drawings
  • Facility to host the event
  • Hostess will receive incentives/gifts based on party sales

Benefits in Hosting a P.Y.P Event:

  • P.Y.P relieves the Hostess of the party from all stress that is associated with planning a party.  For example:  cleaning the facility, providing party favors, give-a-ways, invitations, food and drinks, etc. are all the responsibility of P.Y.P
  • The Hostess provides P.Y.P with their guest list, promotes the party and comes to the party the same day with their guests.
  • Essentially the most important responsibility for the host is to come and get together with family, friends, co-workers, etc. get spa services, have a lot of fun, do a little shopping and earn a must have gift!
  • There will be a raffle/give-a-way during the party for the guest.  It will be a gift basket that would include products and services from each vendor hosting the party.

Scheduling Options for the P.Y.P Event:

  • Our parties are scheduled on either a Saturday or Sunday.  The parties have a 4 hour window with flexible start times.  A party can be scheduled during the week (Monday-Friday) but will be an additional cost per person.
  • The date and time of the event will be scheduled based on P.Y.P staff availability and the goals of the host.
  • The more guest the more likely the Hostess will qualify for FREE P.Y.P merchandise and services.
